Service Area: The program primarily serves incarcerated individuals in the Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center (MPRSC) that are ages 18 years or older. The MPRSC saves the areas which include Essex County, Middlesex County, Mathews County, King and Queen County and King William County.

This program is for: Incarcerated individuals.

Program Description: Pathway Home 3 helps citizens returning from incarceration find employment to reduce recidivism and the risk of reincarceration. Eligible candidates receive case management services beginning 20 to 180 days prior to release, with follow-up for up to a year post-release. The participants create a fluid, Individualized Service plan with clear and specific goals that help guide them through life. Participants also receive coaching, referrals, and supportive services from trained delivery coaches to help participants achieve their goals. In addition to employment case management services, members participate in workshops and classes that address problem-solving, workplace skills, financial literacy, and other life skills. Participants also receive wrap-around services that address their housing, transportation, childcare, and mental and physical healthcare needs.
