The Community Builders Awards

The Community Builders Awards recognize individuals or businesses in Hampton Roads with a proven track record of advancing positive change through education, work, government, volunteerism, recreation or other actions geared toward improving the lives of citizens. Judges will consider nominees addressing community issues such as affordable housing, access to essential services, equal opportunity, workforce training and business development. Additional criteria include the mobilization of resources and the advancement of creative problem-solving strategies leading to positive growth.
