Head Start Virtual Services–Head Start offices are open by appointment only. Preschool services will begin virtually on September 8, 2020.Online applications are accepted or see flyer below for locations to pick up an application package. Head Start services are provided in Hampton, Newport News, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Norfolk. EarlyHead Start services are only available in Southeast Newport News. Click on the Early Head Start or the Head Start flyer for more information on eligibility requirements. Click on ONLINE APPLICATION to apply.
