Program Description: If you are a veteran or veteran family and you are about to lose your home or do not have housing, the SSVF program can help.
This Veterans Administration case management program provides short term temporary housing assistance for low income veteran families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing. This program helps prevent homelessness in the veteran population and provides assistance with VA benefits, housing counseling, income support services, transportation services, child care services, VA CARES program, financial counseling, emergency services, healthcare services and vocational rehabilitation.
