Program Description: The Peninsula Community Development Corporation (PCDC) is a private, nonprofit housing organization created by HRCAP. PCDC’s mission is to provide successful community-based, affordable housing solutions to help low- and moderate- income families become first-time homeowners. PCDC operates two programs to achieve these goals: the “Homeowner Gold Club” and the “Home You Can Afford Program”. Both programs help clients achieve homeownership through credit counseling, informal workshops and homeownership advice. If you are looking to purchase your first home and don’t know where to start, contact us today.
