This program is for: seniors, renters, adults

Program description: If you believe you have experienced a violation of the city’s Fair Housing Ordinance because of discrimination, HRCAP serves as the administering agency to receive, examine and inquire into these allegations. Housing discrimination is illegal, and we provide the community with a valuable resource to ensure housing in Newport News fair to everyone.
