Creating a workplace of opportunity is the goal of the Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP). An engaged and inspired workforce is the key to delivering high quality programs and services to the Hampton Roads community as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia. To further the investment in employee success, the Creating Exceptional Opportunities (CEO) Summit was created to give staff and key partners the opportunity to infuse innovative thinking into the workplace.
This six session series of workshops is designed to focus on personal assets, professional attributes and community building. Expert facilitators will present information is a variety of modules designed to maximize individual and group learning. Interaction with community leaders is a key component of the CEO Summit that will begin with an introductory luncheon and conclude with a culminating event.
The ideal candidate is an employee with a demonstrated commitment to the organization evidenced by a positive attitude and job proficiency. Additionally, the employee desiring career advancement and greater job efficiency would benefit most from the CEO Summit experience.

The CEO Summit is a six-week program designed to motivate professionals to assess their current strengths and take charge of their career progression. It will inspire and challenge your thinking by introducing you to leaders and leadership concepts with proven results.

Downing Gross Cultural Arts Center.
