Hampton Roads Community Action Program (HRCAP) is committed to improving quality of life and helping individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency through education, training, work experience, emergency assistance, housing counseling, and other proven, results-driven strategies.
For more than 50 years, our organization has focused on addressing the root causes of economic hardship and removing barriers to opportunity. Because of this sustained effort, countless individuals, families, and communities are now better equipped to achieve stability, growth, and long-term success.
While the achievements are great, new needs emerge every day. We need your support to continue to address these needs and create new pathways to opportunity.
